Become a Pleasure Champion
Hello There! 🌸
This course invites you into a bold, affirming learning journey designed to build your confidence and competence in integrating pleasure into sexual and reproductive health conversations. Grounded in the Pleasure Training Toolkit, the course is a practical, values-driven guide for facilitators, educators, advocates, and practitioners who want to move beyond risk-only narratives and support good, safer, and more fulfilling sexual experiences.
For too long, international development and public health approaches have treated sex as something to control, fear, or fix—systematically erasing pleasure and, in the process, marginalizing already silenced identities. This erasure has weakened sexual health interventions and limited their relevance and impact. This course responds to that gap with intention and urgency.
At the heart of the training are The Pleasure Principles: a sex-positive, rights-based, and liberatory framework shaped by over 20 years of collective experience from pleasure activists and trainers across diverse contexts. You will explore how pleasure can be a powerful entry point for conversations on consent, agency, safety, desire, communication, and bodily autonomy—while challenging stigma, shame, and moral panic.
Through reflective exercises, practical facilitation tools, and real-world scenarios, the course equips you to confidently center pleasure in your work, adapt the approach to your community or audience, and contribute to shifting public and institutional narratives around sexual health.
Together, we break the silence. We challenge stigma. We re-imagine sexual health as something people move towards, not away from.
Welcome to a collective movement that is radically pro-pleasure. Let’s begin.
